How to point a subdomain using GODADDY

  2. Select your domain to open the domain Settings page;
  3. Under Advanced settings, select Manage DNS;

If there is a Proxy setting, disable it!

  1. Select Add in the records table;

  1. Fill in the fields as shown below:

Under "Type", select CNAME.

Under "Name" you'll need to enter the subdomain you'll use.

And finally, click Save!

According to GoDaddy, the domain will be propagated within 48 hours.

It's important to note that the subdomain you point must not be in use on any other website outside GreatPages. For example: if you already use “www” on another website, you won't be able to use it on your pages.

If you choose to use the WWW subdomain, we recommend also creating an A record so that your LP can be accessed through the root domain as well. Click here to see the instructions on how to create this record.
