How to point a subdomain through UMBLER

  1. Log in to your Umbler account and click "DNS Editor";

  1. On the next screen that opens, click "+ add";

If there is a Proxy setting, disable it!

  1. After clicking add, you will need to follow these steps:

In the Type field, select the "CNAME" option.

Add the Subdomain in the "Record name" field.

And finally, in the "Data" field, add "cname.greatpages.com.br".

  1. After filling in the fields, click "Save".

After completing the pointing, it may take up to 24 hours for the domain to be fully propagated.

It is important to note that the pointed subdomain must not already be in use on another site outside GreatPages. For example: if you already use "www" on another site, you will not be able to use it on your pages.

Check whether there are CAA type records in your DNS Zone panel, as they may interfere with how your pages work. Click here to learn more about this.
