How to integrate SENDEASY with GreatPages
To create a SendEasy integration with a form created in GreatPages, follow the tutorial below:
- Configure the Form Fields
In the GreatPages editor, click on Configurar on the desired form.
- Add a required Short Text field for the phone, validating it as a
phone field:
- Add a hidden field named Mensagem. Enter the content of the message that will be sent automatically:
- Click on Configurar Integração in the form's side menu:
- Select the integration with Sendeasy:
- Access the Sendeasy panel and click on the Integrations icon.
- Select GreatPages in the list of integrations.
- Copy the generated Token, activate the integration and save the changes.
- Paste the generated token in the GreatPages configuration panel.
- Save the settings to complete the integration.
- Click on Continuar to proceed with the integration.
- Choose the Kanban sector where the leads will be organized.
- Map the fields correctly to ensure the information is sent:
Tip: If the URL field is mapped, all UTMs present in the link will be registered in Sendeasy as tags. This allows you to:
- Identify the tags in the support chat.
- Create mass sending campaigns on WhatsApp based on these tags.
- Perform detailed lead conversion analyses.
- Fill out the form on your page and check whether the message was sent correctly:

Note
If the hidden field "Mensagem" is not configured, the system only registers the lead in Sendeasy, without sending messages.
