How to integrate KOMMO with GREATPAGES


To set up the integration via form with Kommo, you need to generate the integration Token and the integration URL inside the platform.


To do this, you can follow this tutorial from Kommo: https://developers.kommo.com/docs/long-lived-token


Once you have the Integration Token and the Integration URL in hand, follow the steps below:


  1. Log in to GreatPages and access the editor of the page where the form you want to integrate is located;
  2. Then, find the form and click on "Configurar";

  1. When you do that, a tab will open on the right side of the screen, where you will need to click on "Configurar" and then click on "Configurar integração";


Set up the integration


  1. After that, a new box will open on the screen where you will need to fill in a name for the integration and, scrolling further down, select the integration with Kommo. After that, click on "Continuar";

  1. On the next screen, you will need to click on "Adicionar conta";

  1. Then another screen will open where you must add the integration data, which are:

  1. After that, it will be time to select the pipe where the data will be sent;

  1. The next step will be to set up the variables. All the variables you want to send in the integration must be selected, because if they are left blank they will not be sent;

  1. The last step is simply to click to "Salvar" the integration. After that, the next conversions from this form will be sent via API to Kommo.
