1. Can I create more than one test on the same page?

You can create as many variations as you want within a test, but you can only run one experiment at a time.

2. What does "Statistical relevance" mean?

Relevance is used to determine how reliable your test is. This calculation is based on the display percentage of each variation (copy) of the Experiment (test) and on the total number of visits received.

3. What is the difference between "Variation" and "Experiment"?

Variations are the copies of the pages that are being tested. There is the original page, which we call "Current", and the copied pages, which we call "Variation".
The Experiment is the test itself. You can create as many Variations (copies) as you want within a single Experiment (Test).

4. Does the A/B test Experiment end on its own?

The Experiment does not end on its own! You will need to open the experiment and click to finish it yourself.

5. Can I use the Variation link in an ad?

We provide the variation link, but we do not recommend using it in ads because that will influence your test. The recommended approach is to use only the page link, so that traffic distribution happens automatically according to the Display settings.

6. What are the payment methods?

The payment methods are the same as for plan subscriptions. Credit card for monthly, semiannual and annual payments, and bank slip (boleto) for semiannual and annual payments.

7. Can I pay annually?

Yes, you can pay for the A/B testing feature together with your plan. You can pay monthly, semiannually or annually.

8. If I cancel A/B Testing, do I also cancel my plan?

No! A/B testing is a feature added to the plan, so when you cancel the feature, you do not cancel the plan.

9. I am an Essencial Plan customer, can I add A/B Testing?

The A/B testing feature is available for purchase only on the Negócio and Agência plans.

10. How much does the A/B testing feature cost?

Currently the add-on feature costs R$ 69,90 per month (subject to change).

🔁 What happens to the losing page after the A/B Test?

As soon as you finish the A/B test in GreatPages and choose the winning page, that version becomes the new main/original page, replacing the previous one.

⚠️ The other version (the one that lost) is not saved or accessible — it is discarded automatically and cannot be recovered afterwards.

📌 That is why we strongly recommend duplicating your pages before starting a test, in case you want to keep copies to use or review later.

This is a simple safety measure that prevents content loss in case you need to go back or reuse the version that was not chosen.

Otherwise, the elements will look somewhat distorted.

IMPORTANT: We recommend editing the versions with only one editor tab open, since having two editor tabs of the same page open can cause conflicts in the edits. Likewise, we recommend that only one person edit the page, since if two people are editing the page at the same time it can cause conflicts in the edits.
