# How to link USERS to your GreatPages account

1. In the bottom left corner, click on your profile picture and then on **“My team”**;

2. Click on **“Add User”**;

3. Fill in the user information and access details, such as **photo**, **first name**, **last name**, **mobile phone number**, and **login email**;

4. Next, under "**user role**," select the user profile.[ To learn more about the differences between the profiles, click here](https://ajuda.greatsoftwares.com.br/en-us/article/what-is-the-difference-between-an-editor-user-and-an-administrator-user-w0wif/). Then, click **Continue**.

5. On the next screen, select the project(s) this user will have access to and click “**Send invitation”**.
