# How to identify the ID of an ELEMENT in GreatPages

To identify the **ID of an element** on a page in GreatPages, follow the steps below:

1. With your page editor open, click on **"Pré-visualizar"** in the upper right corner of your screen;

2. Now, with the right mouse button you will need to click on the element whose ID you want to identify and select the **"Inspect element"** option;

3. A box will open on the right side of the screen where you will have to identify the element's ID, which in GreatPages will always follow this pattern: **"e\_000000"** or **"e\_000000\_0\_000000000000000000"**.

4. After that, copy the identifier.
