# How to find the ID of a BLOCK in GreatPages

To find the **ID of a block** on a GreatPages page, follow the steps below:

1. With the page editor open, click on **"**Preview**"** in the top right corner of your screen;

2. Then, right-click on the block whose ID you want to find and select the **"Inspect element"** option;

3. A box will open on the right side of the screen where you will need to identify the block ID, which in GreatPages always follows this pattern: **"b\_000000"** or **"b\_000000\_0\_000000000000000000"**.

4. After that, copy the identifier.
