How to CANCEL your plan on GreatPages
The subscription cancellation is processed immediately upon request. However, access to the services will remain available until the end of the paid period.If you have a pending invoice that has already been generated and is still open, the charge will remain active until that invoice is paid. Once it is paid, the paid period will be released.
To cancel your subscription on GreatPages follow the steps below:
- Go to your avatar, in the lower left corner of the screen, and then click on "Assinatura";
- Then click on the three-dot icon inside the block with your plan information;
- After that, click on "Cancelar plano";
- To finish, a small box will open on the screen where you will need to inform the reason for the cancellation and describe in more detail what led you to make this decision. This information helps us improve our services and understand our users' needs.
Finally, click on "Cancelar assinatura" to confirm the action.
